”The Intruder” starring Meagan Good, Michael Ealy and Dennis Quaid recently premiered in theaters. So the first thought that came to mind when the trailer first dropped was ”this has been done before”, the movie felt like a cross between ”Obsessed” and ”Lakeview Terrace”. For those who aren't familiar with the plot, Intruders is about a young couple who move from the city to a more rural residence. Unfortunately, the previous owner is having a hard time letting go of the home and also has his sight set on the new lady of the home. What I didn't like about the movie is how naive Meagan Good’s character came off, it was so evident was going on with Quaid’s character but she blindly walked right into it. The film did keep you on the edge of your seat with the suspense, and the couple had great on-screen chemistry. Ultimately, without spoiling it, your assumption of the ending probably is correct. Did you guys see it? What did you think?
